🙏🏽✨ AUGUST 23 • DAY 7 — FAITH & REST ✨🙏🏽
SUPER SUNDAY • 30-DAY PRAYER CHALLENGE

🚨 YOU WERE NEVER MEANT TO CARRY EVERYTHING BY YOURSELF.

Sis, sometimes we’re not just physically tired—we’re mentally, emotionally, and spiritually tired.

We’re carrying family.
Work.
Finances.
Business goals.
Ministry.
Other people’s expectations.
Unanswered prayers.
Decisions about the future.
And things we were never able to control in the first place.

But hear me today:

Some things don’t need another hour of worrying. They need to be placed in GOD’S hands. 🙏🏽

📖 “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28 (KJV)

There comes a moment when faith says:

“God, I’ve done what I can. Now I’m trusting You with what I can’t.”

Resting doesn’t mean you’ve stopped believing.
It doesn’t mean you’ve stopped working.
And it certainly doesn’t mean you’ve given up on your purpose.

Sometimes REST IS AN ACT OF FAITH. ❤️

You don’t have to know how everything is going to work out before you allow yourself to have peace.

God is already in the places you’re worried about reaching.

His timing may not match your timeline—but He is STILL faithful. 🙌🏽

🙏🏽 DAY 7 PRAYER: FAITH & REST

Father God,

Today, we come to You tired of carrying things You never asked us to carry alone.

Quiet the racing thoughts.

Calm the mental noise.

Give physical rest to tired bodies and renewed strength for the journey ahead.

Father, give peace to every woman who feels overwhelmed, stretched thin, or pressured to have everything figured out.

Help us release the burdens we’ve carried for too long.

Teach us to surrender what we cannot change and stop trying to control every outcome.

Restore us spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically.

When answers seem delayed, help us trust Your timing.

When we’re waiting, give us patience.

When we cannot see what You’re doing, strengthen our faith to believe that You are still working.

As we prepare for the coming month, help us leave behind unnecessary fear, worry, frustration, disappointment, and pressure.

Give us wisdom for every decision ahead.

Prepare us for the right opportunities and open doors.

Give us discernment to recognize when You are telling us to MOVE, WAIT, PIVOT, or REST.

Cover our families, homes, careers, businesses, ministries, relationships, finances, dreams, and purpose.

And remind us that our future is safer in Your hands than it will ever be in our worry. ❤️

✨ TODAY I DECLARE:

I RELEASE what I cannot control.
I SURRENDER what I cannot change.
I TRUST what I cannot see.
I REST in what God has promised.
I WILL NOT carry tomorrow’s burdens into today.

God is already there—and I TRUST HIS TIMING. 🙏🏽

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

🌿 DAY 7 CHALLENGE — RELEASE & REST

Give God 10 quiet minutes today.

No scrolling.
No multitasking.
No trying to fix everything.

Write down ONE burden you’ve been carrying and intentionally give it to God.

Then pray:

“God, I release this to You. Give me wisdom for what I can change and peace about what I cannot.”

And try another way.

Don’t abandon what God placed in your heart just because the first strategy didn’t work.

I don’t chase trends… I BUILD LEGACY. ✨

Keep trusting.
Keep growing.
Keep moving. 💪🏾

SUPER SATURDAY • 30-DAY PRAYER CHALLENGE

🔥 TODAY, WE’RE PUTTING OUR HOMES AND FAMILIES UNDER PRAYER! 🔥

Before we worry about what’s happening outside our doors, let’s cover what God has entrusted to us inside them. 🙏🏽❤️

Our homes should be more than places where we eat, sleep, and gather.

I’m praying that our homes become places where God’s presence is felt.

🏡 Peace instead of confusion.
❤️ Love instead of division.
🙏🏽 Forgiveness instead of bitterness.
✨ Joy instead of heaviness.
🤝 Unity instead of conflict.
🛡️ Protection over everyone who enters and leaves.
✝️ Faith that isn’t just talked about—but LIVED OUT every day.

🙏🏽 DAY 6 PRAYER: PROTECTION & PEACE OVER HOME

Father God,

Today, I place my home and my entire family in Your hands.

Lord, cover every person living under our roof. Place a hedge of protection around our household and protect our coming and our going.

Let Your peace fill every room, every conversation, and every relationship.

Where there is tension, bring peace.
Where there is confusion, bring clarity.
Where there is division, bring unity.
Where there is hurt, bring healing.
Where there is bitterness, help us choose forgiveness. ❤️

Strengthen our marriages and family relationships. Teach us to communicate with patience, kindness, wisdom, grace, and love—even when we don’t agree.

Lord, cover our family gatherings. Let our time together be filled with laughter, love, harmony, and memories that we will treasure for years to come.

Give every parent, grandparent, spouse, and caregiver the wisdom to help create a home where You are at the center.

May everyone who enters our doors feel safe, loved, welcomed, encouraged, and at peace.

Protect our families physically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. Guard us from anything that seeks to steal our peace or disrupt the unity of our homes.

And Father, help us remember that a peaceful home doesn’t mean a perfect home—it means a home where grace, forgiveness, prayer, and Your presence have a place. 🙌🏽

✨ WOMAN OF DESTINY… A DETOUR DOESN’T MEAN IT’S OVER! 🎯

“If the plan doesn’t work, change the plan—but never the goal.”

Sometimes God will redirect your route without changing your purpose. 🙌🏾 What didn’t work wasn’t necessarily a failure—it may have been redirection.

So pray. ✝️
Regroup.
Protect your peace. 🌿
Adjust the plan.
And KEEP MOVING! 💪🏾✨

“Today, the Florida Commission on Offender Review denied Crosley Green’s request for immediate parole and reduced his presumptive parole date by 60 months to 2049, when Mr. Green will be 91 years old. We are deeply disappointed by this decision. Mr. Green’s family, friends, and supporters in the Brevard County community are heartbroken.

Mr. Green wants you to know that he’s OK. He says, “I’m OK. I’m doing well. Because God’s got me. I have faith and I have trust in him. I am in God’s care. He hasn’t let me down and he’s not going to let me down. I appreciate everything that everyone has done and all their prayers. Most of all, you came together. People came together for one purpose—to see that a man gets justice and his freedom. That keeps me going.”

We are grateful for the many individuals who spoke on Mr. Green’s behalf and wrote letters of support. We are also grateful to Commissioner Morris, who agreed with Mr. Green’s request for immediate parole.

Although today’s decision is a disappointing setback, our fight for Mr. Green will never be over until he is free. Mr. Green has demonstrated, time and again, that he met every requirement for parole. We will continue to pursue every available path to justice, including seeking relief in state court where his case remains on appeal.

Mr. Green is an extraordinary candidate for parole because he has a spotless disciplinary record. He has support from a former warden and correctional officers, as well as significant community support, as we saw in the more than 300 people who came to the recent prayer vigil and in hundreds of letters of support submitted to the Commission. And if that were not enough, he was on release for two years, during which he was a model citizen and employee and attended his beloved church every Sunday. To our knowledge, there has never been a candidate who was more qualified for parole than Crosley Green.

We ask everyone to keep Mr. Green and his family in your prayers during this difficult time. We will not stop until he is home.”

🔥 GOD, GIVE ME THE STRENGTH TO FINISH THIS WEEK WITH EXCELLENCE! 🔥

You may be tired.
The week may have been demanding.
Your to-do list may STILL be staring at you. 😩

But remember—God didn’t call you to do everything in your own strength. 🙌🏽

Today, we’re praying for FOCUS, ENDURANCE & GRACE to handle every responsibility, assignment, deadline, meeting, and commitment with excellence.

📖 “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.” — Colossians 3:23 (KJV)

🙏🏽 DAY 5 PRAYER: STRENGTH FOR THE WORKWEEK

Father God,

Thank You for bringing me through another workweek. ❤️

Give me the focus to complete what needs to be done.

Give me the endurance to keep going when I feel tired.

Give me the wisdom to prioritize what truly matters.

And give me the grace to handle every responsibility with patience, integrity, and excellence.

When I feel overwhelmed, remind me that I don’t have to carry everything alone.

Help me work with a spirit of excellence—not simply to please people, receive recognition, or gain approval, but because everything I do can be an offering unto You.

Bless the work of my hands. 🙌🏽

Guide my decisions.
Guard my attitude.
Strengthen my mind.
Renew my energy.

And when this workweek is complete, help me release what I cannot control and enter my time of rest with peace instead of pressure. ✨

I declare: I have the grace for today’s assignment. I have the strength to finish. And I will do my work as unto the Lord! 💪🏽🔥
