Did you know that playing the harmonica may help with shortness of breath? The Harmonicas for Health program, created by respiratory therapists, mimics pursed-lip breathing, which may make breathing easier and lessen the stress of not being able to breathe well.

Exposure to smoke and dust in the workplace can damage the lungs and cause chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). In honor of World Day for Safety and Health at Work on April 28, we are raising awareness about occupational hazards and causes of COPD.
