Hellbent for Pit-Bulls HELLBENT for PIT-BULLS is an Advocacy Group, specializing in bully-breed awareness & public education.

We are a non-profit community organization, pushing for change in the local system...lobbying to pass laws concerning MANDATORY spay/neuter, breeders licensing program, making ear-cropping/tail-docking illegal, etc. We also facilitate legitimate local rescues with finding fosters & adopters, & getting them out to good forever homes. TRANSPORT HELP NEEDED!!! Tuesday 9/19.
Our special girl Shannon needs a VERY important ride to our surgeon to hopefully get help for her jaw. The doctors think someone hit Shannon in the head so hard that it broke her jaw which has healed improperly, causing Shannon extreme difficulty in opening her mouth.
SHANNON NEEDS A RIDE FROM OUR SHELTER IN BREWSTER, NY to OUR SURGEON IN OCEANSIDE, NY for a 9:30 am arrival.

Hello handsome! Chunky Monkey is a 2 year old terrier mix. He is heartworm negative so no worries there. He came in as a stray after he was found off Murchison Road and no one came looking for him.

Chunky Monkey waits at the front of his kennel hoping for you to stop and say hello. He doesn't mind a good treat either and he takes them pretty gently from your hand.

He was happy to have a visitor and he let me know he was ready to go outside for a break from the kennel. Once outside Chunky Monkey went potty right away. He was then ready to run, play and get out his energy. He explored the yard and was super curious. Chunky Monkey is just a happy, friendly boy who loves treats and he loves to play.

Chunky Monkey is a big ole sweetie who is looking for a home. He hopes you’ll come meet him. The shelter is full and he needs a home quickly. He's at Cumberland County Animal Services, Fayetteville, NC 910-321-6852
