Mattye B. Collins Temple #1351 Community Service Mattye B. Collins Temple #1351 is an auxiliary of the Improved Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the World (IBPOE of W).

The IBPOE of W is a fraternal organization whose foundation is based upon the principles of Charity, Justice, Sisterly Love and Fidelity. Collins Temple #1351 was organized in 1985 in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The members have consistently worked for the betterment of the community.
