The PSYOP Regimental Association – NC Chapter is honored to partner with 1st Battalion, 4th Psychological Operations Group (Airborne) in support of the 2026 CPL Nicholas Roush Memorial Week through the Pounds for Patriots Challenge.

This unit-wide push-up and deadlift challenge is more than a test of physical strength, it's an opportunity to honor the life, service, and sacrifice of CPL Nicholas Roush while celebrating the resilience, dedication, and enduring spirit of the PSYOP Regiment.

Workout of the day (WOD), 17 July 2026, 0630-0800 at 1stSFC(A) Parking lot, in honor of the 20th anniversary of the loss of SSG Michael A. Dickinson. Additionally, there will be a graveside visit at Sandhills Memorial Cemetery at 1300 that day, with a lunch potentially before the visit.
