Cumberland Disaster Recovery Coalition (CDRC) We help after a disaster when everyone else has left.

We are a group of like minded individuals, business's, churches, non-profits and faith based organizations to meet the long term needs of Cumberland County residents that have been affected by a disaster. We are very thankful for a generous grant from the Giving Together Hurricane Matthew Relief Fund of Cumberland Community Foundation.

Stretch your gift to CDRC -- Matching Funds will Stretch your donation in Cumberland County Through the Cumberland Community Foundations's Giving Tuesday Website

Gifts given through the CCF portal giving between now (Nov 23) and Dec 1 at 5PM will be stretched! Your gift of $100 will be more than $100 when it reaches CDRC because of generous matching grants at CCF. If you give to CDRC, now is a great time to do so through this Giving Tuesday Campaign. (FYI At this site you can give to several Cumberland County Non-profits in one donation basket and all your gifts will be stretched in the matching formula to all agencies.)

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought overwhelming grief to many families. At FEMA, their mission is to help people before, during and after disasters.They are dedicated to helping ease some of the financial stress and burden caused by the virus.

Under the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2021 and the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, FEMA is providing financial assistance for COVID-19 related funeral expenses incurred after January 20, 2020.
