Meet our sweet girl Flora! She's a happy, friendly, girl who loves to see visitors. She sits at her kennel door as she doesn't want to miss out on any of the action or a chance to go hang out with you. Staff noted Flora appears to be dog friendly. She would likely enjoy meeting and playing with new fur friends! She is still a pup and has a playful personality and lot's of energy! Flora would thrive in an active home where she can enjoy outdoor activities such as walks, hikes, runs and lot's of play time with her family. Fern is a sweet, gentle girl who loves being with people. She's happiest when she can spend time hanging out with you, whether it's playing in the yard, chilling on a comfy couch, or going for a walk together. She is also fine when it's time for a break. Meet Katie our super sweet girl! Sadly, Katie's past hasn't been so great. She's been a momma to several litters of puppies and her life appeared to be an endless cycle of being a momma dog. Thankfully her past is behind her now and it's her turn to shine. Katie is full of tail wags, and affection. Her favorite place is where you are. If you are relaxing on the couch, or heading out for a walk, she'll happily go right along with you. She simply wants to be part of your life and to love and be loved in return. * brought in as confiscate/cruelty
* did well on a dog test - per staff
* heartworm positive but it's easily treatable and not contagious
* housebroken
* hangs out on his comfy bed

* paid no mind to other dogs as we passed by them, of course meet and greets are always recommend .

Meet Amethyst. This beautiful sweetheart is ready to be the next furry love of your life! Amethyst is a super loving girl. She greeted me at her kennel door with tail wags. She was ready to be friends immediately. She was easy to leash and walked right along beside. She didn't seem to mind other dogs as we passed by them. Amethyst enjoyed all pets and belly rubs and she snuggled up close to my legs for back rubs. She is a very gentle dog and she took treats carefully from my hands. This good girl will make a great furry family member. Amethyst would love to have a family to spend her life with. Is here anyone out there that can open their heart and home?

Red is a sweet boy who greeted me with plenty of tail wags! He's a happy, and friendly fella who quickly showed off his sweet personality. Red walks good on leash and he went potty right away when taken outside; I would say he is likely housetrained. He enjoyed his kennel break and getting some extra attention. He sat for treats and took them gently from my hands. He gave me plenty of doggy kisses as his way to say thank you. He is attentive, wants to please and he has really good manners. Red needs a loving home, can you be his new family?

* owner surrender - the female dog in the home doesn't like him - they got him from someone who was moving
* dog friendly - per previous owner
* kid friendly with all ages - per previous owner
* house and crate trained
* knows command sit, lay down, and wait
* hangs out on his bed most of the time
* a little shy at first but once he feels safe he's all about spending time with you
* very sweet little fella
* walks good on leash
* handsome, happy, and good boy
* welcomes all pets and attention
* curious explorer- enjoyed walking in the yard and sniffing everything
* took treats gently from my hand
* knows the sit command
* the shelter environment is a bit scary for him and he would love to have a home quickly

Oswald is a sweet boy who may be a little shy at first but once he sees you mean him no harm, he welcomes all of your attention. He wants to be friends and he likes to be loved on. He has good leash manners and he is housebroken. Oswald explored the yard a little but he preferred to be by my side getting pets and back scratches. He enjoyed some yummy treats and took them gently from my hands. Oswald is a sweet boy who needs a home and a family to share life with. Can you give him a home?

* heartworm test not completed yet
* brought in as police confiscate for reasons unknown to us (the owner was no longer at the home)
* shy at first but he wants to trust
* he warms up once he feels safe with you and he welcomes any and all your attention
* showed off his best sit and was a cute little model for the camera
* enjoys gentle pets and he and leans in close to you for them
* big fan of treats
* quiet little fella; only wants to please
* gives little puppy kisses as his way to show love
* he has a playful, sweet, happy, and loving side like all puppies - he just has to get to know you first - after all, it's a scary place here at the shelter with all the loud noises and unfamiliar faces

Y'all just look at this precious face, how can you resist this sweetie pie? Little Foot may act a little shy at first but once he sees you are there to give him some love, he welcomes your pets and attention! He mostly hangs out on his bed waiting and hoping for someone to take him home! He is submissive and simply wants your love and reassurance. Little Foot took treats gently from my hand. He a good boy and wants to please. He needs a family and is hoping for a chance at love and happiness!

* brought in as an owner surrender due to a financial hardship and owner having some medical issues
* housebroken - per previous owner
* crate trained
* greets you at the front of his kennel door with tail wags
* happy to see visitors and he's ready to spend time with you
* easy to leash and walks right beside you
* good manners - quiet and calm in and out of his kennel
* super sweet and loving
* paid no mind when passing by other dogs - of course meet and greet are always recommend with your pets
* happy, friendly, easy going, and listens well
* knows the sit command
* loves back rubs and leans in close for them
* great manners, an all around "good" boy

Big Boy is feeling pretty sad and lonely as he misses his home. He was happy to see me and was ready to go out to the yard. Once outside, he explored a little but he mostly just stayed close by my side getting back scratches and pets.
Big boy knows the sit command and is eager to please. He enjoyed treats and took them gently. He was feeling pretty sad and wanted nothing more then to simply lean into my legs for comfort and love.
Big Boy is a great dog, he will make a wonderful loving and loyal family member. Please come meet this good boy, you won't be sorry! Is there anyone who can open their heart and home for sweet Big Boy?
