Would you like to be a part?

Volunteers and Puppet Lovers! Thanks to those who have already signed up to help and, for those timid souls, there is still time! We will be meeting at 2227 N College Ave at 2 this coming Sunday, October 5. In the mean time you can go to www.theartexp.org/events and find the volunteer sign up part if you scroll all the way down. It won't give you all the info so please plan to come for fun at making, snacks and a preview of the event! Then you'll know what to do! We are all more powerful when we work together!

We are already thinking about Puppets in the Park 2025 and are securing our performers for October 18th! We will have a puppet extravaganza the weekend! Beginning with a new event on Friday night, called Puppets in the Dark! With Shadow puppets and lantern puppets and other puppets in the dark! Then Puppets in the Park will be on Saturday with lots of new puppet shows and of course the parade, in the Faye Jones Woods!
AND then we’ll have Bread and Puppet back again as a stop on their tour! You will hear a lot more about this later but here’s your heads-up! Put us on your calendar!

The Art Experience is a unique nonprofit organization serving the Northwest Arkansas region. We provide art therapy as well as
therapeutic art experiences to adults and children in a safe and supportive environment. Our programs are facilitated by a licensed art therapist and through the experience, participants improve their self-esteem and self-awareness, cultivate emotional resilience, gain insight, enhance social skills, and reduce and resolve conflicts and
distress.

Our programs are usually offered at no cost or sometimes at a greatly reduced cost. This is made possible solely through community support....your support! So please, consider making a financial contribution to The Art Experience today. Puppets in the Park 2024 is finally apon us! This Sunday October 13th. Puppet shows, puppet play, crafts, singing, dancing, and frolicking are all happening at the Lower Ramble West of the Fayetteville Public Library. Park at the library and walk down the trail. Festivities start at 12:30! We haven't had many volunteers sign up so if you would like to help us set up please come by 10:45 and we will put you to work. It would be a great help to us. Also if your high school students are looking for community service hours this will count!

Little Guys Movers are the best! We thank you for your professional, friendly generous and caring way you always come through for us at Puppets in the Park. You move very odd and delicate puppets and things with great respect! Everybody when you need to move call Little Guys!
