Our Story

Arkansas Animal Rights Club (AARC) began in 2016 as Students for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (SETA) at the University of Arkansas Fayetteville. Over the years, the organization has grown to become the largest student-led animal rights activists groups in the state of Arkansas. We pride ourselves on continuing this tradition, as students and youth have led major change throughout history.

We have two goals:

  • To advocate for veganism and a cruelty free lifestyle in the state of Arkansas

  • To promote our community and provide resources for activists in the Northwest Arkansas area.
