We had a fantastic time camping at Highland Forest this past weekend! The Scouts had an absolute blast staying in the cabins, snowshoeing, sledding, playing board games, and just being kids. They are already looking forward to our next trip.

This past weekend we visited Rosamond Gifford Zoo and took part in a Zoosafari! The kids learned about endangered species and how we can help them. Afterwards we took a guided tour of the zoo.

The Scouts are also participating in an enrichment drive to collect various items for the animals to play with or eat to complete an Adventure. Examples of desired donations included paper towel rolls, popsicle sticks, paper, tree branches, food, pet toys, and more! If you would like to donate to our drive, let us know.

We had an amazing time exploring and staying overnight on the USS Little Rock cruiser in Buffalo! We also toured the two other ships in the naval park, the USS The Sullivans and USS Croaker. There was even time to go on hikes at two nearby parks! ⚓🚀🚢🇺🇸
