Leadership. Service. Trust. Teamwork.
This weekend, Life Prep launched a new student cohort with an unforgettable experience at the 188th Mission Support Group at Ebbing Air National Guard Base in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Our students had the privilege of learning from Colonel Lionel Riley and the Airmen of the 188th Wing, gaining an inside look at the people and operations that keep the mission moving—from civil engineering and communications to logistics, security forces, force support, and contracting.
But the biggest lessons went far beyond military operations.
💡 Our students learned that:
• Trust is the foundation of strong teams.
• Great accomplishments require great teamwork.
• Communication and trust go hand in hand.
• Relationships transcend backgrounds, cultures, and experiences.
• Leadership is built through service, accountability, and a commitment to a common mission.
Perhaps most impactful, our students were able to hear directly from Airmen about their personal journeys, leadership experiences, and the many career and educational opportunities available through military service.
A special thank you to Colonel Lionel Riley, MSgt Malcolm Beach, SSgt Ikenberry, and the many Airmen who invested their time, wisdom, and experience in our students. Your willingness to mentor and encourage the next generation of leaders made a lasting impression.
And to the men and women of the 188th Wing—thank you for your service, sacrifice, and commitment to our nation. 🇺🇸
