A good meal can do more than feed us. It can keep a small farm going. It can help a market stock local produce. It can remind us that Ozarkers still know how to gather around a table.

On Wednesday, May 27, Ozark Slow Food and Honeycomb Kitchen Shop are teaming up for a one-day benefit supporting projects that strengthen small farms and rural markets across the Ozarks.

The special Cooking for a Cause class with chef Kevin Quinn sold out fast (because y’all know good food when you see it). Honeycomb is donating 20% of ticket sales directly to Ozark Slow Food for our farmer mini grant program.

The cooking class is SOLD OUT, BUT there is another to support our mini grant program.

On May 27, 20% of all retail sales — online and in-store — will support work that helps more people access good, clean, local food while uplifting the growers, makers, and neighbors keeping Ozark food culture alive.

Buy the fancy olive wood spoon.
Finally grab the cookbook.
Treat yourself to the pasta cutter you absolutely do not need but fully deserve.

Every purchase helps keep local food on more shelves, menus, and tables here at home.

Because food tastes better when it comes with a story.
And this place is worth feeding well.
