Hi Out there all Men and Women, This is my first time making a page for our fundraiser so I'm not sure if I have even done everything correctly. However, there are lots of families in Cumberland and a few that have messages from Harnett county as well. I have had a few people who have donated in person and told me I should create this page so th ou s is what I have done. I want to thank you in advance for you kindness for reading my post and for donating if you can afford to helping these families are truly in need. I went to one families house that dont want me to disclose there name but they literally had mustard and 1 pack of hotdogs and 1 can of baby formula in their refrigerator. The dad told me he was going to fix them hotdogs for supper but when he went to look for the bread it wasn't there. He called his oldest child in there and asked him if he knew where it was and he said that why he was out looking for a job yesterday the kids got hungry so he made them all mustard sandwiches because he didn't want to use the last pack of meat. It made me cry. He said he wants to feed his kids. I took my personal money and his oldest son and we bought $50 worth of groceries for them. It wasn't much because there are 4 kids and a father. Its f as miles out there struggling and as a community we should pull together and help each other. You never know when it may be you that needs help.
