Good morning, Treasurer Board Member here. For those who may have been emailing over the past few weeks, I was involved in a very serious car wreck on Mar 3 and have been recovering from multiple injuries after being t-boned in the driver's side when a driver ran a red light at 60+mph resulting in my hospitalization.

Please remember that our Association has been transitioning to Community Association Management since January, and while some input from the Treasurer (myself) may still be requested or is still needed by CAM, most services are live and CAM-supported already. The below is guidance from CAM that was shared with another HOA member:

A number of homes were observed today (Saturday) with trash cans visible from the street, located either in driveways, the front or side yards. Please remember to keep your trash cans out of sight of the street on days that are not pickup days or the day before pickup days, preferably in your backyard or in your garage, if preferred.

Also observed were a number of homes that need pressure washing. We understand that especially now there may be financial setbacks for some homeowners. It is respectfully requested that homeowners please try to pressure wash your homes as soon as reasonably possible.

Please remember that disabled or unregistered vehicles, nor trailers are permitted to be in view; they must be stored in your garage. Vehicles with business signage must be parked fully in your driveway, and not on the street or lawn. Personal vehicles should also be parked in your garage or driveway and not on the street (unless temporarily parked) and NEVER on the lawn or sidewalk.

Fences, storage sheds, sunrooms, porches, patios, decks and other exterior architectural changes must be approved by the Board of Directors. Please complete the ACC request form and email it to the BOD at [email protected].

Continued disregard for Covenant, Bylaws and ACC rules will result in the assessment of related fines starting at $50+. The BOD has tried to not deliver assessments and is counting on our homeowners to please comply with the rules as set out in the HOA's governing documents.

Good evening. The playground was re-inspected today. It is in relatively good shape and no dangerous elements from normal usage were observed. One of the awnings had been torn down (again) and children were observed safely playing with it; the awning was removed. The plastic flag pole was bent (not unsafe, no sharp edges, not in a contact area from normal usage). A piece of wood that was broken off at ground level (again, not unsafe nor inhibiting the usage of the playset) was removed from the premises to be sized and replaced. The entire playset will be pressure washed and restained. Some graffiti was observed, including written names on the equipment... Please supervise your children who use the premises. Homeowners could be liable for repairs caused by their children or guests if that information is discovered. Reminder: the playground is open from dawn to dusk ("daylight" hours).

The playground is safe to use.

We will look into getting the minor repairs taken care of immediately and getting the playset refreshed with stain or paint. We apologize for not having the playground in time for the very first day of Spring but due to the unexpected setbacks that the COVID19 pandemic had on non-essential business operations, it was not something that could be explored as Winter ended and Spring began.

Thank you.

Please do not mount anything on the entryway fences. Graduation string banners that were mounted created a trash pail full of loose tinsel from the elements destroying the string banner...most of which was found in the yard of one of our Taylor Rd neighbors. Thank you
