works to empower and change the lives of youth and families, by providing safe, positive and engaging programs to inspire them to grow to new heights. to New Heights, Inc., is working to empower and change the lives of youth and families, especially those who need us the most, by providing a safe, positive and engaging environment and programs that prepares, encourages and inspires them to reach new heights. The program will also help youth and families to reach for greater and higher levels that will assist them with reaching their full potential. This will be done by:
- providing youth and families with life skills to assist them with leading successful and productive lives;
- providing community resources, psycho-educational supports/intervention, recreation, job readiness and training skills education (including a dress for success program);
- counseling at risk youth through prevention and educational interventions;
- provide afterschool and summer educational enrichment to assist youth with having positive educational outcomes (educational assessments, advocacy, and tutoring);
- sponsor special events for charitable purposes for youth, families, and the community, surrounding education, job training, parenting and life skills training, whole health, well-being and nutritional training and independent living skills training;
- empowering youth through learning opportunities to achieve success in their lives and to prepare them to become future leaders and create positive change in the world in which they live;
- provide child abuse and youth violence prevention education;
- abstinence education and drug abuse awareness program and intervention
