🌎 Earth Day isn’t just for April!

Join SCT for our Beyond Earth Day: Community Conservation Workday and help care for the natural spaces that make our community special. Volunteers will assist with trail cleanup, habitat improvement, litter removal, boardwalk maintenance, and other hands-on conservation projects across local nature areas.
Whether you prefer light activity or are ready to tackle more moderate outdoor projects, there’s a place for everyone to help make an impact.

*Recommended for adults 18+ or ages 13+ when accompanied by a legal guardian

The prescribed burn at Morgan Grove was a success! It is now back open!

Yesterday’s prescribed burn was a success! Morgan Grove remains closed today, April 21, following yesterday’s burn. This temporary closure allows our team to ensure the area is safe for visitors. We appreciate your patience and will share updates as soon as the site reopens.

Morgan Grove will be closed on Monday, April 20th for a scheduled controlled burn and park maintenance. This important work helps restore native habitats and keep the land healthy. Thank you for your understanding!

We are currently collecting bags of fresh grass clippings for our composting program. Please ensure the clippings are free of herbicides, insecticides, or other chemicals.
