The iChill App is a free resource from the that offers simple, practical tools to help regulate your nervous system and support your mental health. It’s based on the Community Resiliency Model (CRM), which focuses on building resilience through body-based skills. The app includes guided tools to help users regulate their nervous system, feel more grounded, and return to their β€œOkay Zone” during difficult moments. It’s designed for children, teens, and adults and is available in multiple languages.

In honor of Memorial Day, our office will be closed on Monday, May 25th as we take time to remember and honor the brave individuals who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

What a great afternoon at Suds on the Parkway! 🍻🎢

Fayette FACTOR was honored to be selected by Kiwanis Club of Fayette County as the non-profit beneficiary for this amazing event at Town at Trilith. We are so grateful for the support, the conversations, the music, the laughter, and the opportunity to connect with so many wonderful people.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our tent, showed support, and helped make the day so special. We truly had a fantastic time and appreciate being part of such a fun and meaningful community event!
