Doors open at 10:30 am, the program begins at noon

The Richard Childress Racing Museum will be open for attendees to visit at no charge after our meetings.

There will be several Veteran Resource organizations, including the North Carolina Dept. of Military & Veterans Affairs, US Dept. of Veteran Affairs, available to provide information about benefits, support resources and activities available to Veterans and family members.

Feel free to bring another Veteran, family member or friend with you.

As always, there is no cost to attend.

Service members, veterans, Gold Star spouses/family members, surviving spouses, volunteers, supporters, and sponsors are invited to join us at our Veteran Coffee events.

Arrive early, for lunch, visit with your friends, our veteran support community partners, enjoy our military memorabilia displays, and get settled in.

TOMORROW, WEDNESDAY (June 24, 2026) MORNING: Concord NC.
A special preview of the HENDRICK MOTORSPORTS “Medal of Honor” DOD vehicle (weather permitting). Veterans Coffee and breakfast, Wednesday, June 24.

Katie Stankiewicz from non-profit “Soul to Sole Connection” will be discussing their veteran and first responder Counseling & Wellness programs. Hendrick Motorsports – 4433 Papa Joe Hendrick Blvd. Charlotte (just off Bruton Smith Blvd in Concord).

Veteran Coffee events at Hendrick Motorsports will be held on the 4th Wednesday of every other month. Doors open at 8:30, program begins at 9:00 am.

Our new meeting space is in the “brand new” Atrium Health Motorsports Athletic Center. The meeting rooms are near where we previously met, but in the building behind the “Team Souvenir Shop”. Park in the souvenir shop parking lot and follow the “Veteran Event” signs to the meeting space. You will enjoy spending time together and a new full breakfast bar.

All Veterans, family members, Gold Star Family members, active military, surviving spouses and supporters, join us Wednesday, July 8 for the VBH / RCR for the 250th anniversary of our country celebration LUNCH.

This will be a casual gathering with entertainment, information and comradery. Doors open at 10:30 am, the program begins at NOON am for this special LUNCH event.

Special Guest Speaker: Congressman Mark Walker. n 2024, President Trump selected Congressman Walker to lead the RNC’s faith outreach program. Last April, Walker was nominated by the President to serve as Ambassador for International Religious Freedom and in January of this year, Walker was appointed by the President to serve as Principal Advisor on global religious freedom.

Looking for good food Sept 28th. The food trucks will be at the Mebane Art Center at 2pm, you do not have to buy a ticket to purchase food from the food trucks. Tacos, Chicken, Fish, Hot Dogs, Corn Dogs, Turkey barbecue, Cheesesteak, Smoothies and so much more....Deserts oh my goodness.
