Massey Hill Lions Club Our motto is "We Serve," which to Lions means selfless service to others in need.

Chartered in 1958, the Massey Hill Lions Club serves the Fayetteville-Cumberland County community and was established to empower volunteers to serve their communities.

And they’re off…for the First Annual Charlie Dixon Memorial Golf Tournament hosted by the Massey Hill Lions Club.

Great turnout with all players positions filled, many extremely supportive sponsors, awesome volunteers, an overwhelming number of door prizes and of course the Cypress Lakes Golf Course for allowing us to have the tournament at their course. As many know, this event would not be complete without the delicious breakfast of “Massey Hill steak” (otherwise known as fried bologna sandwiches).

No doubt Charlie Dixon would be proud to have seen so many turning out and supporting his favorite event of the year that the Massey Hill Lions Club hosts. A special THANK YOU to the entire Dixon Clan for all you did to make this such a successful event! You have set the standard for future events.
