Monday night, 50+ residents stood in the rain outside City Hall. Inside, the chamber erupted as the council voted 8–2 to push forward a data center ordinance many thought was on hold.

Angela Tatum started the Fayetteville Black Women Homesteaders Circle because she figured: if I don't have this, then others don't either. Now a group of women meets every first Sunday of the month to trade seeds, share growing tips, and build something that's been missing for too long.
