One of the most amazing people in the world, Alina Haynes reminded me today when I was ready have an epic meltdown on a simple race ….

“Youre going to get through this. Youre still capable of movement which is a blessing. Youre out there to support and be the best you can today.”

Life has been kicking me pretty hard this past week with some really scary medical stuff. I am not out woods yet but sometimes it’s the super simple races that humble you into perspective to be greatful for the air i breathe, the sun on my face and the amazing group of family and friends I have.

thank you Yvonne Parker, for transferring me your bib I appreciate the constant suport and encouragement and Leo Crespofor being a super rock through this all and still not freaking out when I wanna do stupid things 🥰🥰

After a month of self loathing about the disappointment of Wisconsin I finally got back on my bike today. I didn’t worry about numbers or speed just got out for a nice spin and fresh fall air.

Followed by a nice lil trail run. I remembered why I love trail running so much, especially in the fall time. However I also remembered how hard trail running is compared to road running ahahhaha going take a lil bit for me find those trail legs again but it will be so fun doing it 🥰🥰

Today was just what the mind and body needed….rested, refreshed and ready to tackle rhe world 🔥🔥

PURE CRAZY…..this is my first time doing Captian at gear bags IRONMAN Maryland ….because tide was so high we were pushed up right against wetsuit strippers….so announcer is going, music is going water is flying and we’re yelling out numbers ….racing fog is ligit and hilarious trying get athletes to tell us numbers hahahah

It was madness but so greatful for alot of volunteers that did amazing job!!!

does those who are tracking me after 25 miles of throwing up and not being able keep anything down i pulled the plug

once again I failed ….as i promised Leo I will put this dream on pause for alil while …..not giving up just have to go down another path for alil while.

thanks for all the well wishes ….beaten down mentally and physically right now but not out, live to fight another day
