Central Virginia Arts We also annually sponsor the Art Walk in Farmville, VA, on the last Saturday in April. Dues are paid annually, and the membership year begins in September.

Central Virginia Arts Association is a partner of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and we offer lectures, workshops, exhibits, tours, & socials throughout the year. Founded in 1988, Central Virginia Arts, a partner of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, is a non-profit organization bringing together artists and art appreciators at lectures, workshops, exhibits, tours and socials throughout the year.

Central Virginia Arts (CVA) is a membership organization and depends upon the dues paid by members to fulfill its mission. Participation in lectures, workshops, and exhibits requires a membership in the CVA. For an individual, the annual dues are $15.00, and, for a couple or family, the annual dues are $20.00. The CVA uses postal mail to send to Members postcard invitations to CVA artists receptions. The CVA also maintains two eMail Subscribers Lists--one for CVA Followers and one for CVA Members. Periodic emails are sent using an email marketing service called MailChimp. Be sure to add "[email protected]" to your address book to ensure you receive all emails. If you are using an Android operated mobile device to check your email, these emails with be automatically put in your "Promotions" folder. You can change that setting on your device from the open email.
