NAVICA MLS ISP Outage Update at 8:40pm/Aug 28

This morning, our fiber carrier had an equipment failure in South Carolina that normally would not have had any impact on your ability to access the NAVICA MLS System or the NAVICA Streamline AMS System. Concurrently, Duke Energy cut a massive fiber trunk which happened to be the redundant path for the ISP’s facility. The two events worked together to impact the facility where NAVICA is hosted. There are multiple crews onsite repairing the fiber at this time. I have been assured that everything possible is being done to get this resolved as soon as possible. We will continue to update our social media platforms with additional information as it becomes available. Although the outage is out of our control, we want to assure you that it is still our top priority to stay well-informed of the progress on the repair. Your patience, understanding and support during this time are appreciated.
