Our Neighborhood Watch is still in full force! Our dedicated Sheriff Epps is always available with a full report & is dedicated to answering questions at hand. Our special guest was VA Conservation Officer Gavin Farris. He gave us lots of information.
We meet quarterly, every 1st Tuesday @ 6:00 PM.
Our next meet is June 2, 2026 @ Mt. Moriah Baptist Church.

Our Annual Community Picnic was a success!! We were glad to see all of the smiling faces!! Nobody left hungry 😋

We were able to honor Sheriff Gene Southall tonight. He started the Neighborhood Watch program (several years ago) in Prince Edward County. He’s been such an asset to the community!
*Shout out to Prince Edward Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff Epps gave a report of the “happenings” in our community & Investigator Sprague gave a lot of information on different types of scams.
*Our very own Commonwealth’s Attorney informed the group about handling our “final” wishes & affairs.
The next Tuggle Neighborhood Tuggle Neighborhood Watch meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 4th @ 6:00 pm.

The Tuggle Neighborhood Watch quarterly meeting update:
Prince Edward Sheriff, Tony Epps gave a thorough and informative report on the activities within our community. He also distributed information on some of the most recent SCAMS, and how to prevent yourself from falling victim to such.

Special guest Dan Clark (Farmville Fire Dept. Chief) presented us with fire safety information and precautionary household tips.

Also, our District 6 Supervisor, David Emert, updated us on some of the concerns that are currently being addressed by The Board of Supervisors.

Our next meeting is scheduled for June 6, 2023 @ 6:00 pm.
