Hello All,

We had a retirement lunch for the lead supervisor at the rest area yesterday. Duke Bleckler had been at the rest area for 19 years and decided to retire at the end of 2025 to care for his wife.

We had some sandwiches, told a few tales and presented Duke with $500 as a retirement gift. The picture below is of the staff who was at the lunch yesterday. Duke is on the far left in the picture.

The new lead supervisor is Norm Gegg, he’s in the yellow vest. April who is a workshop employee is in the yellow hat. April has been at the rest area for over 25 years.
