Laurel Highlands Council – Scouting America is looking for a talented and organized Office Manager to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA!

This is a dynamic role supporting our Cabinet (Scout Executive, CFO, Director of Field Service, Chief Development Officer, and Director of Support Services) while keeping our Council Service Center running smoothly.

What you'll do:
✅ Provide high-level executive administrative support
✅ Manage records, donor communications, and basic finance tasks
✅ Coordinate Council events and volunteer scheduling
✅ Serve as a trusted representative of the Council

What we're looking for:
🔹 3–5 years of administrative/office management experience
🔹 Strong communication skills and high degree of discretion
🔹 Proficiency with Microsoft 365
🔹 A passion for mission-driven, community-focus

Camperships help make Scouting programs accessible to every Scout, and we encourage anyone who may benefit to apply.

Despite frosty temperatures, the spirit at Winter Days was warm and wonderful! Thank you to all the Scouts, parents, and volunteers who came out, layered up, and made the weekend a success. This crew proved that Scouting adventures will happen in ANY weather!
