LF TreeHouse is grateful to be part of a community that recognizes when teens need additional support and helps connect them with resources.

We receive referrals from local schools, Dakota County, mental health professionals, courts, and other community partners.

TreeHouse is open to teens and families without requiring a referral, insurance, or a diagnosis. We work to remove barriers so that young people can find a safe place and supportive relationships.

When our community works together, more young people have the opportunity to find hope, connection, and belonging.

Every week, teens in our community come through our doors looking for connection, encouragement, support, and a place where they can simply be themselves.

At LF TreeHouse, relationships are at the heart of what we do. We provide a safe and welcoming place where teens can build meaningful connections with caring adults and peers, discover their strengths, develop life skills, and grow in resilience.

But we can't do this work alone.

🌟 Exciting Update! 🌟

Our Together We Thrive fundraising campaign is still going strong, and we’ve just received an additional $10,000 in matching funds from a generous donor!

That means our new goal is $25,000, and every gift you give will be doubled:

➡️ And so on!
