ISO Qualified, Experienced Janitor. Posting for a local business owner who is looking for Janitor for Commercial Janitorial/ Residential Homes
We are looking to hire for a part time position Monday thru Friday nights and weekends. Average 15-20 hours per week. We are looking for an experienced commercial and residential cleaner with attention to detail. Job site location is in Farmington, NM. We provide competitive pay based on experience and work ethic. Possibility to add other locations and hours for the right employees.
YOU MUST HAVE:
Dependable Transportation with valid drivers license
Able to pass background check and drug test
Be responsible and self motivated
Attention to detail and desire to take pride in your work

The following are an example of some of the tasks required
- Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- Gather and empty trash
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Clean windows, restrooms, glass partitions, and mirrors
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
- Notify managers of any concerns
