Today marks the end of an era at Farmington Fire. Today we say goodbye, thank you, and good luck to Chief Reinert as he embarks on a new journey. Chief Reinert started in Farmington 25 years ago. Starting as a young call member, he worked tirelessly to become Fire Chief in 2015. He has made Farmington Fire what it is today. From a friendly face throughout town, to someone who was always willing to do everything he could to help his members and community, he has changed the town forever. Farmington Fire will never be the same without Chief Reinert, but it sure was made a better department because of him. Thank you isn’t enough for Chief Reinert for all he has done. We will miss his corny jokes, life lessons, and love for the job that he has instilled in so many firefighters throughout the state. Luckily for us, he won’t be too far away so we hope to still see him on scenes! Thank you Chief, for everything.

(Thank you to Farmington PD for their gifts to him yesterday)
