We ❤️Ms. Cathy! She has a special talent for seeing the beauty and potential in secondhand clothing. With a little creativity and a lot of heart, she transforms thrifted finds into one-of-a-kind pieces. Thank you, Ms. Cathy, for inspiring our community to see that thrift shopping isn’t just about saving money—it’s about creating something unique while giving clothing a second life. ♻️✨
