We have a tradition of going to visit the indigenous people of the Sierra Madre mountains every December. We and our good partners take clothing, blankets, supplies, toys and treats for them. Due to the pandemic and fear of spreading Covid in their community, we are not able to go this year. We are still planning on going in the spring or summer to help them build their school. Every December, we made it a tradition to go to the Sierra Madre mountains of Nayarit to visit the good indigenous people there. We take clothing, blankets, supplies and treats/toys for the kids. It has been life changing. Due to Covid and this crazy year, we are not able to go this year. Our hearts are with these good people. Our goal is to visit this spring or summer and build them their school. We are trying to raise funds. Please visit our page to help us raise the funds we need to make this happen! We never tire of looking back at what good has been done for these good people. It is just a beginning! We are anxious to see the Covid-19 under control so we can move forward in the building of a new school for these communities!!! Our prayers are with them and all of you!

These are photos from our December 2019 trip into the Sierra Madre Mountains. Landed in Guadalupe Ocotan and visited Chapililla. Each person received a bag with sweat pants and hoodie. Adults received a blanket, girls a doll and boys a play truck. All received a bag of candy. We also handed out candy canes which are completely new to these wonderful people. All of the costumes are native wear and are hand made. The designs are made of Huichol art - tiny beads.

We are home from another incredible day in the Sierra Madre mountains with the indigenous people of Mexico. Your donations and kindness went a long way to help these people. Pictures and details to follow. It is not to late to donate. The need just got larger with more to do. Thanks to all!!!

We are just two days way from this year’s trip into the Sierra Madre mountains with donations for the indigenous people. It is not to late to get involved with even a small donation.

We are now just a few weeks from our trip to the mountains. We have a lot of interest and will be making this trip again next year. We now have the ability to accept donations that will go towards clothing, blankets, toys, food, etc. We are purchasing these in Mexico in the next week or two.
