For many Cambodian children, a school uniform is more than clothing. It gives them the confidence to walk into school, sit in class, and focus on learning.

These uniforms are now part of their daily school life sometimes even dusty from a full day of learning and play.

🎊In rural Cambodia, Khmer New Year is a time of joy, family, and tradition.🎊

But many children grow up without knowing the importance of hygiene, even during the most meaningful celebration of the year.

This April, BECOME MORE brought together culture and care in the villages we serve.
✨ We celebrated tradition.
✨ We taught handwashing and hygiene.
✨ We helped kids stay healthy while having fun!

For many, it was their first time ever learning:

✔️ How to wash hands after playing and before meals
✔️ Why staying clean helps them stay in school
