Wraparound services have profoundly transformed lives across New Mexico, emphasizing a vital role in promoting mental health and providing tailored, holistic support. It's not easy to transition from youth to adulthood and take on more independence. It is helpful to have support along the way from someone who has been through something similar. Our new Youth Peer Support program is a community-based initiative that employs young people who have successfully navigated life challenges as Youth Peer Support Specialists (YPSS) to promote belonging, hope, and shared power within the community. Join us for our 8th annual Child Abuse Awareness Event on Saturday, April 25th, from 9:00am to 1:00pm at the Farmington Boys & Girls Club! GB Entertainment will be the DJ again, and ABQ Finger Printing and Safety LLC will offer free fingerprinting for children, provided they are accompanied by a parent. This is an important event! We'll be recognizing law enforcement, EMS, Fire & Rescue, and Foster Families, while inviting community partners who will bring games and goodies. SJRMC will have its helicopter on display, and San Juan Fire will bring a touch-a-truck fire truck for kids to explore.

The month of April is just around the corner! We invite you to attend our 8th Annual Child Abuse Awareness Event on Saturday, April 25th, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. In the past, this event has been held at the Farmington Civic Center or a Farmington school gymnasium; however, this year, we are excited to partner with the Farmington Boys & Girls Club. The event will be held at 1925 Positive Way, inside the Farmington club. We will be recognizing law enforcement, EMS, Fire & Rescue, and foster families. Additionally, we welcome all community providers to join us to share your important resources and any fun giveaways.
