We are so honored to have won the humanitarian award at the ! The work we do changes lives in so many more ways than most people realize. It not only saves them money, reusables are more comfortable, healthier, customizable, and convenient but they also bring hope. Hope that someone else understands their struggle and wants to help them. That they aren't invisible.

This one kind act can help change someone's future. Allowing them to save money each month helps them pay off more bills or buy things they need. I didn’t know period poverty was a thing when I was going through it. I wish I had a program like this to utilize but there were none. I was on my own to figure out a solution. So, I made my own reusable menstrual products. They changed my life so immensely that I wanted to make sure other people in need had access to them. And Cloth Connection Outreach was born. Since 2016, we've sent out then of thousands of reusable menstrual products to people struggling with period poverty.

We can't thank groups like ICONIC USA for recognizing all the hard-working people and charities trying to make a difference in people's lives and in the world. It's so important to acknowledge the struggles and who's working to help find a solution to it. By talking about it, someone may find their passion to also volunteer.

Cloth Connection Outreach Charity is on a mission to end period poverty and promote sustainability! Reusable menstrual products like cloth pads and menstrual cups can save each person hundreds of dollars annually. Unlike disposable options, they don’t break down into harmful microplastics or contain chemicals that damage the environment. One disposable pad has as much plastic as four grocery bags—taking up to 800 years to break down. Choosing reusables helps leave a cleaner, healthier planet for future generations. Together, we can make sustainable choices and create a world where everyone has access to safe, eco-friendly menstrual products.

We need new art for our Inclusive First Period Kits! Help us by designing a half page fun coloring page! You can put your business/name in small print on the picture as well!

The contest closes September 30th! We will reach out to the winner (chosen by CCO board) vis email. Send the pictures in PDF form to our email [email protected].

The winner will receive 3 free cloth pads! Light, moderate and heavy in prints/colors that make you happy. Shipping is free in the USA. International we require shipping.
