⚾️ Another great Farmingdale PAL Baseball Day! ⚾️
I wanted to share this wonderful message from PAL Board Member Steve Connolly, because it really captures what Farmingdale PAL is all about. ❤️
After a great summer of Farmingdale PAL Pre-K through 2nd Grade Tee-Ball/Baseball, we celebrated with our annual Baseball Day at Allen Park!
Seeing the big smiles on these young players’ faces is exactly why we volunteer. The kids enjoyed a dunk tank, bouncy castle, popcorn, cotton candy, team photos, and plenty of fun with their teammates, coaches and families. ⚾️🎉
A huge thank you to our special group of dignitaries, including Supervisor Joseph Saladino, NYS Senator Steven Rhoads, NYS Assemblyman John Mikulin, and a representative from Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman’s Office, for their continued support of Farmingdale PAL throughout the years.
Thank you as well to Farmingdale PAL President Russ Catanzaro, PAL Official John Tortora, and Nassau County Police Officer Brad and his wonderful daughter for helping make the day so special.
We also want to thank the Allen Park staff for their help setting up the tables, microphones and speakers, and for helping with cleanup.
And finally, a HUGE thank you to our exceptional group of PAL coaches. These dedicated men and women volunteer their time to teach, encourage and guide our young athletes. Their commitment is what makes Farmingdale PAL programs so successful. ❤️
This is what community is all about — giving our children opportunities to play, have fun, build confidence, and make friendships both on and off the field.
We are proud to be part of such a great Farmingdale community! ⚾️💙
