Closing out National Workforce Development Month with the part that doesn't fit on a dashboard.

A placement isn't a number in a report. It's a client who prepared, a Workforce team who stayed in it with them, and a hiring partner who said yes. Everyone in this photo had a hand in that.

We track our numbers because we need them and because they tell us what's working. But the number is the record of the relationship, not the point of it.
