If Kroger is already your go-to neighborhood grocery spot, linking your Plus Card to Woven Health is one of the simplest, most meaningful ways to stand with us.

It takes less than two minutes to set up:
1️⃣ Log into your account at Kroger.com (or open up your Kroger App).
2️⃣ Head to 'Community Rewards' in your account settings.
3️⃣ Search for Woven Health or type in our organization number: IE904.

Woven Health Clinic was honored to be part of Black Men’s Wellness Day in South Dallas this past Saturday, hosted by the African American Male Wellness Agency.
Thanks to the generous support of the A Bridge to Light Foundation, we were able to provide 40 PSA screenings to members of the community—helping increase access to preventive care and early detection.
We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve, connect, and be part of such a meaningful and inspiring event. It was a day full of energy, education, and community spirit—and we’re proud to stand alongside organizations working to improve health outcomes.
