Hope Blooms creates moments of connection for people navigating isolation, hardship or difficult seasons of life — transforming repurposed flowers into simple but powerful reminders that you matter.

We were honored to surprise the Hope Blooms team with the news today and look forward to supporting their mission through this year’s RDO Caters Taters event. More to come soon. 💛

The application window closes March 11, and now is the perfect time to submit if you haven’t yet.

If your nonprofit is creating meaningful change in the Fargo–Moorhead community, this is your chance to partner with us for a major fundraising impact.

And remember — with our new two‑year eligibility option, you can choose to have your application automatically carried into 2027.

The RDO Caters Taters for Charity application remains open, and we encourage eligible nonprofits across Fargo–Moorhead to submit their materials before the deadline.

This year’s updates include:

✨ Flexible eligibility options — apply for 2026 only OR roll your application into 2027 automatically
✨ Continued focus on organizations serving people in crisis, veterans, first responders, children, older adults, and more

If your organization is making a positive impact in the Fargo–Moorhead community, we want to hear from you!

This year we’ve added a new two‑year eligibility option, giving nonprofits the chance to carry their 2026 application forward for consideration in 2027 with no resubmission required. 🙌

We’re excited to announce that applications are officially open for the 2026 RDO Caters Taters for Charity event!

Each year, we support a local nonprofit making a meaningful impact in the Fargo–Moorhead community — and this year, we’ve updated our application to offer even more flexibility.

✅ NEW! Two‑Year Eligibility Option

Organizations may now choose from:
Apply for 2026 Only, or apply for 2026 with Automatic Eligibility for 2027, meaning your 2026 application will automatically roll over for consideration next year if not selected — no need to reapply!

We encourage nonprofits that align with our focus areas — people in crisis, community enhancement, veterans and first responders, children and older adults and individuals working to improve their lives — to apply.

We are excited and honored to share that this year's RDO Caters Taters raised $87,280 for Red River Children's Advocacy Center , helping expand trauma-informed care for children across North Dakota, Minnesota and South Dakota.

"The funds raised at RDO Caters Taters will support RRCAC’s continued growth and development. We’ll be able to expand our in-house mental health services by adding two new clinicians. This means more availability and less outsourcing — ultimately, more healing for children," said Sarah Matthews, Executive Director of RRCAC.

Thank you so much to this community and all who supported RDO Caters Taters in any way this year. Your generosity and contributions will truly make a difference for RRCAC and, most importantly, the children and families it serves.
