Created in March 2025 by Dr. Jessie Lindemann, a cancer survivor dedicated to increasing cancer survivorship awareness and education, and empowering survivors to get the medical care they deserve.

🧘‍♀️ A new opportunity for cancer survivors to move, heal, and reconnect is here!

We’re excited to offer FREE Yoga for Cancer Survivors—a gentle, evidence-informed yoga program designed specifically for adults who have completed cancer treatment.

This class provides a supportive environment to focus on movement, wellness, and connection with others who understand the cancer survivorship journey.

💜 FREE Monthly Cancer Survivorship Support Group 💜

Cancer survivorship doesn't end when treatment ends. Whether you're newly diagnosed, in treatment, or years beyond your diagnosis, connecting with others who understand can provide encouragement, hope, and a sense of community.

The North Dakota Cancer Survivorship Foundation, through funding from the North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services, is proud to offer a FREE monthly support group for cancer survivors across North Dakota.

🎉 We are excited to share some wonderful news!

The North Dakota Cancer Survivorship Foundation has been awarded a year-long grant from the North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services to support Wellness and Social Support Among Cancer Survivors.

This grant will help us create meaningful opportunities for cancer survivors across North Dakota to connect, learn, and thrive. Throughout the coming year, we'll be offering:

💚 Monthly cancer survivor support meetings
🌿 Wellness and community-building events
📚 Educational programs focused on navigating life after cancer, including physical, emotional, and practical aspects of survivorship
🎁 Wellness kits designed to support survivors on their journey

Cancer survivorship doesn't end when treatment does. Every survivor deserves ongoing support, connection, and resources to help them live well beyond a cancer diagnosis.

We're incredibly grateful to the North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services for investing in survivorship and helping us expand these important programs.
