If you know anything about the BIO Girls team, you know two things: 1) gratitude is our love language, and 2) we can’t resist a sweet treat (or just about anything on the menu) from our neighbors at Jen's Bakery. 👀

So last week, we combined our two loves! We delivered handwritten notes of gratitude from girls and a sweet treat to the many host locations that have opened their doors to us in Fargo, Moorhead, and West Fargo.

These are the places that have seen our mission in motion. They welcome our volunteers into their space and hold their doors open so girls from every neighborhood can walk in and experience BIO Girls. Not for one night, but for an entire 12-week season: once a week, 90 minutes at a time. (Some, more than one season per year.)

Their dedication to our mission is too remarkable not to share & shout from the rooftops:

Thanks to these program host locations, we're gearing up for BIO Girls season #15 this coming spring (WOWIE), and we know exactly where our girls will gather.

A morning to celebrate and support the work BIO Girls is doing in our region: stories of impact, testimonies of our mission in action, and an invitation to be part of the difference. (And some incredible prizes and auction items to win!) Every seat at the table helps us reach more girls and keep this mission growing. 🩷

😩 My girl is too old to participate in BIO Girls.
😃 Turn that frown, upside down! Girls 7th grade and older are eligible to become Jr Mentors within the program.

✅️ This is a great opportunity for those older kiddos to not only experience BIO Girls in a new way, but to build their resumes with volunteer hours.

🥳 By helping with small groups, cheering on participants, and leading by positive example, Jr Mentors quickly become some of the favorite people in the room while building their own leadership skills.

Who am I? Am I enough?

Two questions. Two incredibly important answers for girls to have.

The support from our 8th annual gala last night is helping girls all across the Midwest know the answer to both.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, to all who showed up to support, bid on our silent auction, and raised a paddle for the girls who have (and will soon) experience BIO Girls.

Thank you to the army of volunteers, partners, guest speakers, dancers and more who made this whirlwind of an event so, so impactful.

And thank you God for the opportunity to share how your heart is diligently at work in our mission.

We are so, so wildly grateful. 🩷
