Month over month. Year over year. We are blessed with generous support from businesses and grant opportunities that continue to fuel the mission of BIO Girls. We had a special visitor for the day yesterday... meet our little CEO for the day: Lilly! 🩷

It was a full day! Lilly led meetings, sent emails, made important decisions that could help make our program even more fun, helped the marketing team create content, and got some sweet BIO Girls swag thanks to our friends at Sign Badgers.

We are so grateful for her leadership yesterday! Such a fun day for the team!!! 🩷

In those two years, she has whipped up more flyers than we can count (at the drop of a hat, no less), become our unofficial Canva guru, shared the best thrift finds, and radiated kindness to every single person she's met along the way.⁠

But beyond the creativity and the can-do attitude, Tracy is the kind of teammate who brings calm to the chaos, shows up with her whole heart, and goes the extra mile without ever being asked. She's passionate, genuine, grounded, and servant-hearted in the truest sense.⁠
