Atonement will not be hosting a BIO Girls program in 2026, but there’s no need to worry! There are many wonderful BIO Girls programs available nearby, including a brand-new self-defense program in Moorhead. Remember, host locations are not exclusive, so anyone can attend any location that works best for them!

BIO Girls programs use goal-setting activity to teach participants accountability, the importance of celebrating personal progress, and encouraging others! Each season there is a finale where participants get to showcase the hard work they have put into their season. No prior experience is needed to partake in the activity. BIO Girls is an inclusive program, celebrating and welcoming all abilities!

In our case, we'll be using self-defense as our goal-setting activity! We will train for 12 weeks to complete a self-defense demonstration for our finale event!
