Spotlight on FARGO Leader: True North Church

True North Church exists to point people towards abundant life with God and others.

True North Church is a community of Faith-Filled Risk Takers who will impact the world where they live, learn, work and play. Started in early 2021 with just 50 people in discipleship groups, True North Church wanted first, to be a church of action; that goes and makes disciples! Now, three years later, they're hoping to move into a more permanent location soon for their growing church. They embrace the motto "you can do it, we can help" as a way of welcoming people into discovering the call on their life that is specific to them. Relationship-driven and big-picture focused, True North Church hopes to provide a place of hope and healing for those who call it home!

Hey all!!
Here is the link to sign up for the Emergency Food Pantry Project with City Serve. Click the link to sign up! We are collecting all the food together on the 28th of May, please mark your calendars!

Some of the items we are looking for are:
- Canned goods
- Canned Tomatoes
- Spaghetti Sauce in a can (prefer no glass)
- Beans (Kidney, Black, etc.)
- Canned Fruit
- Canned Vegetables - any variety
- 1 pound bags of rice (no seasoning)

DID YOU KNOW?! You can bring items in past their expiration:
Two years past the date on canned foods
One year past the date on boxed foods
Two years past the date on White Rice
Two years past the date on Whole Dry Beans

ALSO!!
That pile of plastic grocery bags under you kitchen sink.... those are also needed in high demand at the emergency food pantry. If they are in usable condition and dry, we will take them! See less

FMFM is doing a food drive with City Serve ND. Sign ups will be late April, keep an eye out for additional information. We will be posting some statistics on the need of our community in the Fargo Moorhead area as it relates to food pantries. We will be posting ways for you to participate, donate, and give! 100% of monetary donations will be either given to the food pantry or spent on food for the pantry!! So excited to beat last years total of 1,112 pounds.
