Matt breaks down how pursuing unprompted, passion-driven work reconnects you with why you started making things in the first place, refuels your craft, and unlocks unexpected professional doors along the way.

Our 2026-27 speaker season starts here 🔥

First Up: Naoma Serna-Zahn, Chief Creative Officer at Neuvo studio, with Feedback Inferno: Surviving the 9 Circles of Client Feedback Hell.

A funny (and painfully relatable) look at why creative projects derail, plus real frameworks for handling tough feedback, protecting the work, and going from order-taker to strategic partner. Because the goal isn't just surviving feedback, it's leading your clients out of it with you.
