Garden of Healing is for anyone carrying grief, hope, or gratitude. Maybe you've lost someone you love. Maybe you're walking alongside someone who's struggling or sick. Maybe you've been given a second chance at life through a donor or through something you can't quite explain. Whatever brought you here, all types of healing are welcome at this garden; there's no wrong reason to walk through it. Crosses for Cameron

This September we are going to be sharing the stories Behind the Bricks because we know the meaning behind them is everything!

Mason Schuster, 19 years experienced in the art of living life to its fullest, loving the outdoors and everything Mother Nature and the Good Lord had to offer on Earth, now spends his eternity fishing in Heaven. Mason created a bright spot everywhere he went, always making sure that everyone was taken care of and having nothing but smiles on their faces. He gave generously of his time, talent, hard work, friendship and kind heart. His love for the outdoors and his friends and family was unmatched. In December of 2023, Mason became the ultimate Secret Santa and gave the gift of life to 4 people. We are so grateful that Mason's giving nature brought a second chance to these 4 amazing people. It is such an honor to have a brick placed at the Garden of Healing in Mason's memory and in recognition of his life giving gifts. The Garden is such a beautiful space where the most precious angel souls gather and share hope and healing.

A quick update on Garden of Healing:

The old Phase 1 space is currently empty and we know that’s a hard thing to see if you’ve visited recently. That emptiness is temporary!

Every brick and trinket that was there is packed, protected, and waiting. As we rebuild, everything goes back exactly where it was. Nothing gets left out.

Thank you for trusting us with something this personal.

Please take a moment to read what the project manager of the Phase 2 project has to say about the process:

“Hi, I’m Brad Mongeau, the Project Manager working alongside our team at the Garden of Healing. I wanted to share a few words as this important project moves forward.

We recognize how difficult it can be to see portions of the original garden being removed, especially knowing the memories, stories and loved ones connected to this special place. For many, this has been a place to grieve, remember and honor those they love. We understand that construction can bring a sense of loss of its own, even when the goal is to create something better for the future.

Our team does not take that responsibility lightly. Every step is being completed with care, respect and compassion for what this space has meant to so many people.

At the same time, I’m looking forward to seeing the new garden take shape and, in time, become a place of comfort, healing and new memories for our community. Together, we can honor the memories and legacy rooted in this garden while welcoming a future filled with connection, healing and shared moments for generations to come.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of something so meaningful.”

Every bench, every brick, every name here tells a story of love that continues.

This is what Garden of Healing is for; a place where memory has a home. Crosses for Cameron
