The recent court decision in T.D. v. Wrigley has stripped North Dakotan families of their right to access life-saving, gender-affirming care for their children — care that medical experts across the country recognize as safe, effective, and essential.
Families of transgender youth in North Dakota don’t have to navigate this alone. The Trans Youth Emergency Project, supported by the North Dakota Human Rights Coalition and Campaign for Southern Equality, provides resources to help families understand the ban, find out-of-state providers, and access travel grants for care.
