GraceYoga classes will be held at Learn to Cope (24 Spring Bars Road, Unit 1A) Friday mornings 8:30-9:30 AM and Wednesdays 7:30-8:30 PM through December 13th. Classes are $15.
This Wednesday evening at 7:30pm, we will be hosting a Donation Class for Learn to Cope at their Falmouth office.
Learn To Cope is a peer-led support network that offers education, resources, and hope for family and friends, who have loved ones affected by substance use disorder.
Recommended donation is $20. (but all are welcome regardless of donation)
