📚🎒 What an incredible day at the Back to School Resource Fair! 🎒📚

The Brothers of King Tyre Lodge and the Sisters of Evening Star OES were so proud to join forces with a fantastic group of organizations at the James Lee Community Center to help get our local kids ready for the school year.

​The turnout was amazing! Thanks to our combined efforts and the support of the Fairfax County Government, Community Service Board, and partners like Raising Cane's, Sevatruck, and the Asian American Community Center, we were able to provide:
​✏️ Backpacks fully loaded with school supplies
🍔 Free Food & Refreshments
💈 Free Haircuts
👗 Clothing & Early Halloween Costumes
🎨 Face Painting for the kids

​A massive thank you to everyone who came out, all the volunteers, and our fellow organizers: James Lee Advisory Council, Annandale Bulldogs, Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Make Us Visible, Fairfax County Police Accountability Office, and special guests Doan Nguyen, Bach Phoung, & Nancy Luis. It truly takes a village, and today, ours showed up for the children. ❤️
