📣 Volunteer Opportunity – State Board of Directors
CEF of Northern Nevada is seeking individuals to join our existing State Board of Directors as we continue to grow and strengthen our ministry to children across the region.
We are prayerfully looking to add committed individuals who will help support and advance the mission of CEF: to evangelize, disciple, and establish the next generation for Christ.

🙌 Board Purpose
The State Board of Directors provides spiritual leadership, vision, and support for the ministry. Members come alongside staff and local leaders to help ensure the ministry remains healthy, growing, and firmly rooted in prayer.

🌱 Board Responsibilities
• Meet regularly for planning, vision, and coordination
• Provide consistent and ongoing prayer support
• Offer guidance, wisdom, and encouragement for ministry growth
• Support and strengthen local ministry efforts across the region
• Help build and maintain church and community partnerships
• Actively support fundraising efforts through giving, connections, and advocacy
• Assist in developing long-term sustainability and outreach impact

💒 Helpful Skills & Experience (Not Required, but Beneficial)
Individuals with experience or skills in the following areas may be especially helpful:
• Business, leadership, or organizational management
• Finance, accounting, or budgeting
• Fundraising, donor development, or community networking
• Nonprofit or ministry involvement
• Communication, administration, or strategic planning
• Strong relational skills and community connections
All gifts and experience levels are welcome—what matters most is a heart to serve.

No prior board experience is required—just a willing heart and a desire to serve.
