Mobilizing churches to put their faith into action by providing opportunities to serve alongside missionaries reaching the physically and spiritual hungry throughout the world. How Serving in Word & Deed Works ~
We will work with your church to identify a people group to serve, or you may choose to serve one of your current missionaries. We encourage you to select a team to visit your missionary o

r people group on the front lines. The team will deliver Bibles and/or the serving option that your church has chosen. This breathes new life into the missionary's work as well as bringing global perspective and excitement into the life of your congregation. We will provide fresh opportunities to foster longterm relationships with those on the field.

📣 Exciting Updates from Joshua, our RtH‑Malawi Team Leader 🌍

In April, we celebrated the resurrection of Christ and saw His life‑changing power at work in Malingunde (Kapininga Village, T/A Maliri).

The RtH-Malawi Team's Jesus Film outreach drew many people, and we rejoiced as numerous individuals responded to the Gospel. The next day, we held Shepherd Leadership training, equipping over 37 leaders from across the area to lead Bible Study Groups and strengthen their congregations.

📣 Exciting Updates from Joshua, our RtH‑Malawi Team Leader 🌍

During March, the RtH‑Malawi team ministered in Tsekwele Village (Mitundu). Our Women’s and Children’s ministries were a blessing—many mothers, sisters, and children gathered to hear the Word, enjoy fellowship, and grow in faith.

As evening fell, we screened the Jesus Film and rejoiced as many responded to the Good News and came to the Lord. In partnership with local pastors, we’re discipling leaders toward spiritual maturity.

The following day, we held Shepherd Leadership training, attended by over 40 leaders from different denominations—now better equipped to lead Bible study groups and shepherd their communities.

On our trips to the Philippines, we serve alongside our missionary partner, the Wick Tribe, in Davao City. In partnership with Pastor Alwood Wick's church, Davao Alive, we minister to local families, women, and children in the community. We host eyeglass clinics, distribute care packages, run basketball camps & kids clubs, and organize family & community outreaches. We also have plenty of fun eating at the night market, enjoying musical worship sessions at the Wicks' house, souvenir shopping, and drinking coconut juice!

Today is , a moment to reflect on the urgent need for clean and safe drinking water for millions.

Every day, women and children walk miles just to fill buckets with water—water that often harbors life-threatening pathogens. Countless children lose their lives to waterborne diseases. This heartbreaking reality is one we can actively change together.

Water wells not only provide physical refreshment but also foster spiritual renewal. At Reaching The Hungry, we've already installed over 130 water wells in Malawi (Africa), directly providing clean, safe drinking water and serving as a powerful testament to God’s love for His people.

Each well costs just $2,000—an investment capable of transforming an entire village. Furthermore, following the installation of a water well, we host a special screening of the Jesus Film for the entire village, giving them the opportunity to see and hear God's love for them. Your support can contribute to this incredible legacy and save lives.

As we prepare for Easter, the Church has historically practiced various forms of fasting during the season of Lent. Fasting helps reorient our hearts toward Christ by setting aside personal comforts and desires to focus on Him and serve others. While the expression of fasting may vary from church to church or person to person, joining together in a shared fast can powerfully remind us of our unity and common purpose.

This year, we invite you to consider leading your ministry team, congregation, or even your family in a time of fasting. By giving up coffee, soda, or other favorite beverages—and setting aside the money you would normally spend—you can help fund a water well and make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

📣 Exciting Updates from Joshua, our RtH‑Malawi Team Leader 🌍

During this month of February, the RtH‑Malawi team conducted a remarkable outreach in Mwenda Village (T/A Malili, Lilongwe). Our children’s ministry was a true blessing—over 300 kids from surrounding villages gathered to hear the Word, enjoy games, and sing praises together.

A powerful women’s health training drew a large turnout, equipping many mothers and sisters with vital knowledge that is already transforming daily life.

As the sun set, we hosted a Jesus Film outreach, and we rejoiced as many hearts responded to the Good News, coming to faith in the Lord.

Looking ahead, we’re excited to establish new Bible Study Groups in Mwenda. Thanks to our Shepherd Leadership training, over 40 leaders are now equipped to guide these life‑changing gatherings.
