Contractor damages fence of abutting property owner. Owner of property who lived on Riverview for over 50 years and maintained the fence including property line from brush, overgrowth, and debris over that time. A request sent to city hall with estimate of repair to have this fixed on 11/2/2020.

Developer needs to keep his or her mess on their lot. These are the latest images from over the weekend. I hope they clean up after their construction and any damage, dirt or debris is taken care of on neighboring properties.

The residents are still looking for an answer from city hall. How did the zoning was pass for WTOD and why was it extended beyond Shaw St? A copy of the zoning map and description in May through July in the planning meetings does not include Riverview St , and two houses were built single family in R8 single familiy residential zone 2014. When did it change actually happen and who changed the map for zoning without notice to the residents, the residents would like to know? Why was the riverview condominiums project started even before building permits were issued. The city hall has some unanswered questions.

Dear Mr Silvia

I have hired a very respectable Insured company to do my Foundation. The lot prep work and the foundation is the only time there will be cars on road. I went down their at the end of road as they was finishing, I drove down their, So a Ambulance could have. They chose to continue in the rain. Nobody was hurt and their was no water at end of street, after rain. Through the water and Planning we are doing things adding manhole and self containing water on Property. My guys have been nice to all the neighbors and courteous....

I realize we took your waterview away and your not Happy.... That's Life, Should have bought lot before me. I am only doing what is legal on that lot with no exceptions.. Tired of you belly aching at every move I do.... You park 2 cars on the street which one is a hummer then complain about us..

We will be framing in 2 weeks and will be parking all cars on lot... Hopefully this will stop the complaints. If you have a Problem my cell is 508-509-3792 and I will handle any of your challenges.

This is happening all over Fall River influenced by R.E. brokers/ developers and supported by high ranking government employees in City Hall which in some cases are one in the same. Another reason why your vote is important. This Mayor is interim at best and a change needs to be made next election.
